WHAT YOUR BUYING TEAM NEEDS TO KNOW

Three capabilities.
One OEM partner.

01

Volume programs

Develop standardized products for million-piece promotional campaigns, gifts and repeat coffee programs. Review the product mix, release quantities and delivery windows together.

02

Complex execution

Translate relief, sculptural forms, character components and detailed decoration into manufacturable porcelain, with physical samples defining the approved result.

03

Development capacity

Connect your design team with sampling, tooling and process review. Discuss the monthly development workload and priority launches with the Daye team.

01 / AUTOMATED VOLUME

A classic product.
Repeated with care.

For recurring purchases, consistency between orders is as important as the first delivery. Forming, glaze, decoration and packing specifications need to remain connected to the approved sample.

Our OEM focus includes gift and promotional orders, everyday collections and established coffee products. Start with the annual program, then define the individual releases and acceptance criteria.

02 / DESIGN-LED OEM

Complexity belongs
in the development plan.

Character merchandise and signature mugs bring interdependent choices: silhouette, relief depth, component fit, glaze coverage and graphic registration. These are reviewed together during sample development.

The portfolio includes Starbucks relief mugs and Universal character products. They illustrate the range of work; your new product receives its own feasibility review.

PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS

The details worth asking.

Can you review a million-piece program?

Yes. Million-piece-scale OEM programs are a central part of the offering. Share the product mix, annual forecast and release schedule so the team can assess the actual manufacturing scope.

What determines the minimum order and price?

Form, tooling, decoration, packaging and order mix all affect the quotation. Request a project-specific review rather than relying on one minimum quantity for every product.

Can we develop several samples each month?

Discuss your expected development calendar and design complexity. The monthly sampling metric is displayed only when a verified average and reporting period have been entered.

How does OEM differ from ODM here?

OEM starts with your design and manufacturing requirements. ODM adds support in selecting or developing a product direction. Both require a confirmed specification and approved sample.
