PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS
The details worth asking.
Can I send files without a complete specification?
Yes. Provide the information you have and clearly mark open questions. The team can identify what is still needed for a useful review.
Can I upload a large CAD package?
For files beyond the displayed limit or unsupported formats, include a controlled sharing link. Ensure the project team can access the files you intend to share.
Will my files appear in a public media gallery?
No. Inquiry attachments are stored with the private inquiry and downloaded through an administrator-only route.
When will I receive a quotation?
A useful quotation depends on the completeness and complexity of the brief. The team will first clarify any information needed to define the scope.
