CUSTOM CERAMIC MUGS
A familiar form.
Your brand in every detail.
Develop branded mugs for promotional programs, retail collections and repeat coffee supply.

WHAT YOUR BUYING TEAM NEEDS TO KNOW
Shape. Finish.
Program fit.
01
Shape & capacity
Define the drinking volume, overall height, rim and handle. A familiar shape still needs a clear dimensional specification.
02
Glaze & artwork
Coordinate body color, interior finish, logo position and decorative elements using physical and artwork references.
03
Program fit
Plan the number of designs, order quantities and pack variants around the intended campaign or repeat supply program.
01 / PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
A repeatable finish.
A controlled production route.
The original production photograph shows decorated mugs moving through decal firing. Repeat programs depend on the relationship between the approved artwork, glaze and firing route.
For promotional orders, confirm whether each artwork variant shares the same form and packing. That decision affects the development and production scope.

02 / MANUFACTURING DETAIL
Decoration belongs
on the actual surface.
Artwork that looks balanced on a flat file may read differently around a curved mug. Confirm placement, scale and orientation relative to the handle and drinking rim.
The portfolio includes relief and printed decoration approaches. Use samples to assess the actual finish and agree the approved reference for production.
BUYER’S WORKING CHECKLIST
A brief with fewer unknowns.
| Decision | What to define | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Capacity | Target usable volume and measurement method | Avoids confusion between nominal and brimful capacity. |
| Geometry | Height, diameter, rim and handle opening | Defines handling and the overall silhouette. |
| Artwork | Revision, position and color references | Keeps brand execution consistent. |
| Use | Hot drinks, washing method and intended claims | Determines the relevant test discussion. |
| Packing | Single gift box, set or bulk arrangement | Connects the mug with its sales channel. |
FROM REVIEW TO RELEASE
A clear route to approval.
01
Define the family
List the required forms, variants, quantities and use conditions.
02
Develop the sample
Review dimensions, structure, finish and decoration on a physical product.
03
Confirm acceptance
Agree the reference sample, test scope and packing configuration.
04
Plan production
Review the order mix, release requirements and production schedule.
03 / BEFORE THE FIRST ORDER
Approve the product.
Plan the delivery.
A product specification should connect the approved sample with the order: artwork revision, variant quantities, packing arrangement and labeling all need to agree.
Share your destination market, required arrival window and any retailer or distribution requirements early. The quotation and schedule should reflect the complete scope.

PROCUREMENT QUESTIONS
The details worth asking.
Can one mug carry several artwork versions?
Yes, a multi-artwork program can be reviewed. List the quantity and packaging for each version so the quotation reflects the actual mix.
Can you match our brand color?
Provide a physical reference or specified color standard. A fired glaze sample should be reviewed before approval; screen color alone is insufficient.
What quantity should we request?
Share the initial order and expected repeat releases. The appropriate minimum and pricing depend on the form, decoration and packing scope.
What should we send for a quotation?
Include the drawings or reference images, dimensions, target quantities, finish, packaging and intended market. Add the target launch date and any required test or inspection scope.
